National Seminar in March.

Below is a letter for Students looking to grade in march.

"Dear Instructors, Black Belts and 1st Kups

National Seminar and Grading April 9th-11th 2021 https://ukta.com/national-seminar-2021 Please note the date of this event has changed. Our first choice would naturally be to conduct this event in one venue over three days. However, this continues to appear unrealistic. A lifting of pandemic restrictions may allow smaller physical events to be conducted in Scotland, England and Wales. However, this cannot be decided until nearer the time. The most likely scenario is for the seminar and grading to be conducted in one day, Sunday 11th, via Zoom. Students wishing to grade in April must pre-grade at one of the forthcoming Online Zoom sessions with a UKTA Master The electronic application form for the National Seminar and Grading is now available at ukta.com. The link is https://ukta.com/national-seminar-2021"

  • I've done Taekwon-Do before. Do I need to start from white belt again?
As long as you previously trained at an association under the International Taekwon-Do Federation, you will not need to start from white belt again. You'll need to bring your certificate, and of course your belt!
  • How much does it cost?
The cost can be tailored to you, depending on how many people in your family want to train, the ages of the students, and how often you wish to train each month. As a guide, the average cost is around £25 per student per calendar month.
  • What age do I need to be?
Usually we advise that the youngest age for students to start is 5 years of age. However, children could start at a slightly younger age, depending on the personality of the child. We have no upper age limit for accepting students.
