Most sessions are family occasions where fathers, mothers, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters meet and find they have a common interest and passion.
Beginners Night
This is the first Wednesday and Sunday of each month, it doesn’t mean you can’t start on any other day only that it is likely that other beginners starting on the same day may provide some support and make you feel more at ease. Please note that it is always a good idea to come along and watch a session first, but bear in m ind you need to attend at leas four or five sessions before you start getting a true taste of what we do.
When you first turn up for a class, one of the first things you will notice is that everyone wears the same training uniform (a dobok). The uniform is a mark of courtesy and respect and brings everyone together regardless of social class or financial status. However, for the first few sessions shorts or jogging bottoms and a T-shirt are fine.
Our regular training sessions are on Wednesday and Sunday. For more information... Click Here
