Spreading the word... an all day TKD training session was recently provided at Birchgrove School by some of our black belts, Mr. Johns (3rd Dan), Mr Miller (1st Dan), Mr Holloway (senior 1st Dan), Mr Hollway (junior 1st Dan) and Mrs Holloway (7th Kup) with the usual support services provided by Mr Miller (senior).
Children were aged 5 - 11 years old and of a wide range of abilities. A thoroughly enjoyable day was had by all. (Thank-you letters are shown opposite).
If you would like your local school to be considered for a similar event then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Fraser (6th Kup) - I do Taekwondo as my brother and sister Rob and Emma do it, it is a great way to keep fit and do a self defence. Timber Hill is also a great part of our Taekwondo social events as you look forward to it all year round and wish the weather to be good for the extended weekend. It is fun, relaxing and packed with fun things to do.

Ella - Going to Timber Hill has been a great experience because it includes because it includes all my favourite things. Being with my friends and family, having loads of fun on the beach and having a great time as well as exercising and doing some great self defence sessions for everyone to enjoy. In TKD, it’s great that we join together as a family and train in our hall but we also come together for some outside activities like Timber Hill which is amazing! It’s my first time this year and hopefully won’t be my last!
